Allyson Laquian is an SF based director of photography//video producer working in SF and LA. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Allyson studied cinematography at San Francisco State University from which she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in cinema studies. She has worked on many feature films, commercials, television productions around the world— Travel Channel, Comedy Central, Funny or Die, NBC, BuzzFeed, to name a few.
Growing up with the classic movies that she watched with her film-buff father, mixed with her technically savvy mind, Allyson found her calling as a Director of Photography.
Her imagination is influenced by music, art, and classic films. She tries to encapsulate the beauty of the world through the lens of a camera. Her overall goal as a Director of Photography is to evoke emotions through her imagery.
